Jira Expert - Software Integrator

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize Jira Software, Confluence, and related Atlassian products to provide complete collaboration and project management solutions.
• Integrate Atlassian products with client systems and manage functional and technical administration.
• Collect functional and technical requirements from clients to write and implement technical specifications.
• Provide high-quality on-site or remote customer support for Atlassian products including Bitbucket and Bamboo.
• Collaborate with developers and technical analysts to deliver client projects.
• Perform SQL debugging of databases (Oracle, MSSQL, or MySQL) and manage log file analysis.
• Handle testing and validation as QA for Infosysta products and add-ons.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 0-2 years of experience as a Java Developer and implementer of enterprise systems.
• Expertise in Jira administration and implementation.
• Strong business process engineering skills, specifically in designing ALM, SDLC, ITSM, or BPM workflows.
• Proficiency in coding with Java, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Technical knowledge of Active Directory, Unix, and Web/App/DB Servers.
• Experience with Shell scripting and command line tools.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment, both remotely and on-site at client locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL or PMP certification.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum.
