Jnr Data Analyst (Excel & ZoomInfo)

Responsibilities

• Source and update contact and company information using ZoomInfo
• Organize and maintain large datasets in Excel
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems
• Prepare spreadsheets and reports to support sales outreach
• Collaborate with the team to optimize lead lists and data processes

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables a plus)
• Experience using ZoomInfo for lead sourcing or research
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
