Jr. Architect- Modeler ( UAE National Only )

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D architectural models using BIM software (primarily Revit).
• Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Assist in converting conceptual designs into coordinated BIM models.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company standards.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Participate in clash detection and model review sessions.
• Update models based on design revisions and consultant comments.
• Support preparation of submission packages for authority approvals.
• Maintain proper file naming, version control, and documentation in line with QA/QC procedures.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and area calculations from BIM models when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
• UAE National (Family Book required).
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Basic understanding of BIM standards and coordination processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape) is an advantage.
• Understanding of UAE authority regulations and building codes is an advantage.
