Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned ambassadors, influencers, streamers, and creator partners
• Track partner deliverables, campaign activity, and posting schedules to ensure contractual obligations are met
• Review partner content in real time to optimize for brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
• Assist with content optimization and promotional strategies to improve FTD performance and retention
• Support the execution of promotional campaigns including freerolls, giveaways, and live event packages
• Submit monthly partner-by-partner performance reports and end-of-month invoice reviews
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, PRM, and affiliate teams to support user activation and retention
• Collect required content assets from partners

Requirements

• Strong understanding of poker rules, terminology, and community dynamics
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to track multiple deadlines and schedules
• High level of accuracy in auditing content, verifying CTAs, and managing billing
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with digital creators and internal stakeholders
• Comfortable reviewing performance and engagement metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness
