Junior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Solve complex data challenges by investigating issues like missing conversions and tracing data pipelines from API sources to SQL transformations
• Engage and empower customers by communicating via Helpdesk (Jira) and video calls to resolve technical roadblocks
• Drive product excellence by collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to escalate bugs and shape solutions
• Master Improvado’s tools and various marketing APIs (such as Facebook and Reddit) to deliver swift, accurate resolutions
• Document recurring cases to build a knowledge base and streamline future troubleshooting processes

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in technical support or a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL (SELECT, filtering, aggregates); familiarity with window functions or ClickHouse/Postgres is a plus
• Fluent English skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to global clients
• Availability to work until at least 4 PM PT
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for translating technical details into empathetic solutions
