Junior Category Executive

Responsibilities

• Analyse large volumes of category, supplier, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities
• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for commercial analysis
• Automate recurring data reports and build dashboards for monitoring sales, pricing, and margins
• Design self-serve dashboards for stakeholders to track performance
• Create structured presentations for supplier performance reviews and senior management meetings
• Support commercial analysis including ads monetization, margin analysis, and rebate structures
• Track category performance and proactively flag risks or opportunities to the Category Manager
• Collaborate with supply chain and content teams to ensure data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an analytical, commercial, or category role
• Experience in retail, quick commerce, or e-commerce preferred
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries
• Experience automating reports and building dashboards
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills with ability to build polished decks
• Solid understanding of Q-commerce business models and commercial KPIs
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
