Junior Creative Strategist

Responsibilities

• Support Creative Strategists in developing creative concepts for paid social campaigns
• Research winning ads, competitors, consumer trends, and platform best practices
• Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs under the guidance of senior team members
• Help develop creative concepts based on performance insights and strategic direction
• Organize and maintain creative briefs, references, and concept boards
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers
• Learn to interpret creative performance data and apply learnings to future concepts
• Participate in internal brainstorms and creative feedback sessions
• Shadow client meetings and creative presentations

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative
• Strong writing skills for short-form, digital-first content
• Creative mindset with curiosity about data and testing
• Interest in consumer psychology and performance marketing
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience creating content, copy, or creative concepts for social media
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio of creative work, copywriting, or content creation
• Familiarity with Meta or TikTok
• Exposure to creative testing or digital advertising
• Experience using AI tools for research or ideation
