Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide chat support to partner schools via the isaac platform
  • Teach schools how to correctly use the isaac platform
  • Ensure high-quality service within agreed SLA timeframes
  • Establish relationships of trust and engagement with partner schools
  • Communicate clearly with external stakeholders using active listening and influence

Requirements

  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to handle chat channels via Zendesk
  • High level of organization and autonomy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive and hands-on profile

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Zendesk
  • Experience in B2B customer service
