Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage clients across technical, business, and product levels to ensure they achieve their goals
  • Build and grow relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Identify potential opportunities for growth and upcoming challenges
  • Provide client training and host webinars
  • Introduce clients to new features and manage new feature releases
  • Act as the client's representative by providing feedback to internal Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Prior experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or Project Management
  • Background working within the crypto, fintech, or payments industries
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) processes
