Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategy and sales support.
  • Assist with development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Write and edit marketing content for social media, web, and email.
  • Moderate and manage social media channels, responding to audience engagement.
  • Supervise production of branding materials and promotional assets.
  • Support sales team with marketing collateral, lead generation, and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular analytics and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or related responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience with content writing and social media moderation.
  • Experience in market research and basic data analysis.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely when required.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn).
  • Certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta, or similar).
  • Prior experience working in the UAE or regional market.
  • Arabic language skills (advantageous).
