Responsibilities

• Support and supervise writers throughout the script development process
• Help shape key ideas, structure, dramaturgy, and tone
• Ensure journalistic standards and sourcing guidelines are met
• Provide feedback and edit across multiple rounds
• Work with the editorial team on stories and provide feedback
• Help shape the editorial vision and strategic voice of the channel
• Participate in the development of new topics

Requirements

• Several years of experience in journalism, ideally in video journalism
• Outstanding storytelling instincts
• Strong journalistic standards and solid sourcing skills
• Organized way of working and leadership ability
• Strong communication skills and conflict sensitivity
• English native speaker

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience leading editorial work or large editorial projects
• Experience with investigative reporting
• Experience with YouTube
