As a leading agency for candidates seeking jobs in their native language, in other countries, we provide opportunities for individuals to work from home and make a difference in the consumer services industry. Working closely with our team, the Junior Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process to identify and match the best candidates with the right employers. This includes utilizing various recruitment platforms, conducting phone and video interviews, and managing candidate relationships. At Patrique Mercier Recruitment, we specialize in the social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications industries. Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting candidate screenings.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms to source qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Manage candidate relationships and communicate the status of their application.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to evaluate and improve the overall recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively identify qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records in our database.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze candidate qualifications.
- Fluency in English and one other language from our specialty industries is preferred.
