Junior Influencer & Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct influencer outreach through email, Instagram, and TikTok DMs, as well as automated outreach using bots and automation tools.
• Negotiate deals while keeping them aligned with internal limits and templates.
• Qualify influencers based on niche relevance (finance, lifestyle, motivation, business), GEO (LATAM, North Africa), and audience quality.
• Track and report on performance metrics.
• Support product promotion by coordinating with the SMM/content team on influencer integrations and sharing feedback from influencers.
• Act as a bridge between influencers, team lead, SMM team, and other external contractors.
• Assist in testing new offers, angles, and GEO-specific messaging based on influencer feedback and market response.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication in English (advanced level)
• Fluent Spanish is an advantage
• Confidence in explaining offers and money models
• Ability to work independently and report progress
• Previous influencer outreach experience
• Fintech/trading curiosity (no deep knowledge needed)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencer outreach
• Understanding of Fintech and trading
• Knowledge of social media platforms
