Junior Loan Processor

Responsibilities

• Support the customer journey from application to funding
• Gather required documentation for loan processing and underwriting
• Manage a pipeline of 50-60 loan closings per month
• Complete Patriot Act requirements based on customer ID
• Ensure minimum submission requirements are met prior to processing
• Issue initial disclosures and revised Loan Estimates compliantly
• Assist with condo approval requirements and document review
• Respond to internal stakeholders and external customer needs promptly

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage operations or processing
• Proficiency with Encompass, Blend, or Google Suite
• Proven success working in 100% remote environments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TRID compliance
• Experience with condo approval processes
