Job description
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of a Contract Management System and refine workflows
- Manage contract review and processing for NDAs, consulting agreements, and BAAs
- Oversee corporate entity management, including formation documents and state licenses
- Support Board operations by managing communications and securing signatures
- Track and renew facility licenses, permits, and vendor exclusion screenings
- Provide project management support for state expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with compliance and finance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a paralegal or contract manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal contract management software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent professional communication skills
