Junior Partner Account Manager (Chinese & English & Russian)

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop partners with no income.
• Set outsourcing tasks, assign them to teams, and write instructions.
• Send communications to Affiliate Partners and collect feedback.
• Manage project news channels.
• Respond to Affiliate Partner requests and frequent questions.
• Assist with onboarding of new partners.
• Provide support in all CRM chats.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (C1+ level).
• Proficiency in English (B1+ level).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience negotiating, managing contractors and partners, handling claims.
• Confident in working with tables (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Advanced user of Google Workspace.

• Experience in partner management.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing.
• Multilingual mindset.
