Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding projects from Customer Success handoff through delivery
• Own assigned projects and backlogs, including grooming, prioritization, and status tracking
• Translate client requests into well-defined scope, ticket descriptions, and specifications
• Coordinate delivery across Customer Success, Development, and QA teams
• Manage multiple workstreams and concurrent projects
• Support custom integration and configuration work by maintaining clear requirements and dependencies
• Create reusable templates and documentation to scale onboarding processes
• Utilize AI tools in daily project management and workflow improvements
• Support core product development and internal projects by resolving blockers and providing status updates

Requirements

• Experience managing projects, implementations, or client delivery in a software/tech environment
• Practical understanding of software development and QA processes
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to write clear documentation, tickets, and specifications
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms like Asana
• Practical use of AI tools in daily work
• Professional English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with client onboarding, software implementations, or API-enabled workflows
• Experience working with shared Development and QA resources
• Familiarity with Asana, Notion, Claude, or ChatGPT
• Experience creating process documentation or playbooks
• Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or digital assets
