Job description
Responsibilities
- Operate and refine proprietary trading systems to achieve consistent, scalable returns
- Apply disciplined risk-management practices: tune parameters, monitor anomalies, and enforce controls
- Monitor real-time market data, adapt strategies dynamically, and collaborate with technology teams
- Create and submit trading reports and post-trade analyses
- Identify limitations, conceptualize enhancements, and develop next-generation trading strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (e.g., mathematics, engineering, computer science); fresh graduates invited to apply
- Strong analytical thinking, comfortable with uncertainty, and a systematic approach
- Familiarity with programming or scripting tools (Python, C++, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills, fast learner, and strong self-management
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in competitive strategy domains such as gaming, poker, or chess
