Junior Sport Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Process alerts triggered for sports players in a timely and effective manner
• Segment users according to established procedures
• Process internal and external team requests
• Respond to requests from other departments via special communication channels
• Analyze past decisions to identify and fix mistakes
• Report anomalies regarding players, games, or bonus companies to management
• Develop new methods for detecting fraudulent users
• Manage Low and Medium user risk cases

Requirements

• Risk management experience in the fintech niche is an advantage
• Ability to work shifts including evenings and nights
• Strong analytical mindset and out-of-the-box thinking
• Excellent numerical and Excel skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• High level of communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Diligence, responsibility, and reliability
