Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the Key Account Management function for the Middle East & Africa region from Dubai, setting strategic goals and driving team performance.
- Mentor, coach, and develop account managers to build a high-performing, client-focused team.
- Own relationships with strategic merchants and support account managers on high-touch client interactions.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities, leveraging market insights, and executing account strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Use data analytics and KPIs to monitor account health, inform decisions, and optimize account performance.
- Oversee onboarding, implementation, and continuous improvement of key client accounts.
