Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive sustainable business growth and maximize profitability by managing strategic fragrance client relationships in the luxury Travel Retail sector.
  • Achieve sales and margin targets while providing accurate sales forecasts and monitoring performance against objectives.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and lead a Travel Retail ambassador community through regular training, recruitment, and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage monthly targets, commission schemes, and incentive programs for the ambassador network.
  • Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
  • Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support commercial decision-making.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives and operational plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Beauty, Fragrance, Luxury, or Travel Retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to drive sales performance.
  • Experience in account management, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
