Job description

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new accounts across the UAE through prospecting, targeting, pitching, and contract negotiations
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with existing Tier 1 clients
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets through both existing and new B2B client acquisition
  • Handle commercial negotiations and maintain a strong understanding of deal structures
  • Coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure commercial viability of pitches
  • Partner with the Legal team to facilitate smooth contract closures

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Account Management or Sales experience within non-food B2B, Ecommerce, or on-demand logistics industries
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and meeting high-performance targets
  • Strong business development mindset combined with high operational detail orientation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a target-oriented approach
