Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive growth by managing the end-to-end sales funnel to deploy robotics units into key accounts.
  • Build and execute multi-year strategic account plans to penetrate complex industrial organizations.
  • Perform consultative value selling by translating robotics data into measurable business outcomes like OPEX reduction and safety.
  • Negotiate complex contract terms, pricing, and framework agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
  • Maintain strict CRM pipeline hygiene and deliver high-accuracy sales forecasting.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in direct sales and Key Account Management of complex, high-tech industrial solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the Oil & Gas and Chemical industry ecosystems.
  • Technical aptitude in industrial automation, digital transformation, and IIoT platforms.
  • Expertise in using CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • University degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of GCC procurement structures, vendor registration, and NOC governance models.
  • Experience selling software-enabled hardware or robotics solutions.
