Responsibilities
- Analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into clear, actionable SOPs
- Audit and maintain the internal knowledge base to remove redundancies and close gaps
- Serve as internal knowledge point-of-contact for recurring questions and clarity issues
- Partner with operations and compliance to ensure documentation aligns with real-world processes
- Propose and implement improvements to knowledge structure, access, and usability
