Responsibilities

  • Analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into clear, actionable SOPs
  • Audit and maintain the internal knowledge base to remove redundancies and close gaps
  • Serve as internal knowledge point-of-contact for recurring questions and clarity issues
  • Partner with operations and compliance to ensure documentation aligns with real-world processes
  • Propose and implement improvements to knowledge structure, access, and usability
