Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and convert complex healthcare workflows into clear, actionable SOPs and internal documentation.
  • Audit and maintain the knowledge base to remove redundancies and fill content gaps.
  • Serve as internal knowledge point of contact; identify recurring questions and close knowledge gaps through documentation or process changes.
  • Partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure documentation aligns with real-world processes and regulatory needs.
  • Propose and implement improvements to knowledge structure, access, and usability across teams.
