Korean Creative UI and Marketing Linguist

Responsibilities

• Translate and transcreate marketing, product, legal, and informational content from English to Korean
• Adapt UI copy and customer support materials for Korean-speaking users
• Craft creative synopses and episodic titles that resonate with local audiences
• Maintain brand voice and technical accuracy across all localization projects
• Follow project guidelines including character restrictions and style requirements
• Communicate rationale behind transcreation decisions to stakeholders

Requirements

• Native fluency in Korean with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in marketing translation and product localization
• Familiarity with legal translation and UI/customer support content
• Proficiency with translation and terminology tools
• Degree in linguistics, translation, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong creative writing skills for adapting content to local markets
