KYB Specialist (3rd Party and Vendor Due Diligence)

Responsibilities

• Act as the centralized 1LoD TPRM/KYV coordinator
• Coordinate vendor due diligence, including questionnaires, evidence collection, and subcontractor/location verification
• Document findings for approvals and support vendor exit/offboarding processes
• Run ongoing screenings and administer the Third-Party Inventory and TPO Risk Register
• Ensure data quality and maintain a clear evidence trail for audit purposes
• Operationalize and improve processes by documenting checklists, maintaining templates, and proposing updates to close gaps

Requirements

• Proven experience running vendor due diligence (DD) or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) workflows
• Experience with evidence collection and writing detailed Due Diligence/Risk Assessment (RA) summaries
• Strong ability to manage registers and inventory data with high accuracy and audit discipline
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across Legal, InfoSec, Risk, and business owners
• Ability to operationalize new policies and stand up formal procedures
• Fluent English communication skills
