Job description

Responsibilities

  • Perform onboarding tasks for caregivers and patients, including documentation and timely follow-ups
  • Use systems such as Salesforce and TalkDesk for case management
  • Pilot and refine engagement and intake processes in new markets
  • Collaborate with the Launch team to address operational challenges
  • Identify and develop relationships with key market players and referral sources
  • Apply state-specific compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Provide feedback to improve software and implementation processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years in a consumer-facing position handling high call volumes
  • Proven experience identifying process enhancements and improvements
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and privacy laws like HIPAA
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time and priority management skills
