Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Advise and support international and domestic clients on corporate, commercial, litigation and general practice matters
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, legal documents and internal memos
  • Conduct targeted legal research and deliver clear, practical legal opinions
  • Communicate directly with clients and relevant authorities locally and internationally
  • Collaborate with colleagues across offices on cross-border matters

Requirements

  • Fully qualified UAE lawyer with court representation
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
  • Excellent Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, client-focused team player

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling cross-border and international matters
  • Prior law firm experience with high-profile or corporate clients
  • Proven track record in corporate/commercial litigation and advisory work
