Lead AI Generative Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the quality of AI-generated visual content, ensuring realistic and consistent images of models and personas
• Build and optimize scalable generative AI pipelines using tools like Flux, ChatGPT, and ComfyUI
• Automate content production at scale using batch generation, APIs, n8n, and scripting
• Define technical direction for AI image generation and establish production best practices
• Explore and implement new AI models and techniques to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with generative AI image production, specifically realistic people or avatars
• Technical expertise with ComfyUI, Flux, or similar ecosystems
• Practical experience with workflow building, batch generation, APIs, n8n, or basic scripting
• Deep understanding of realism, composition, anatomy, lighting, and image consistency
• Senior-level ownership and ability to build scalable systems independently
