Lead Appian Associate

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions
• Plan, lead, and manage resources on complex Appian software development projects
• Mentor and develop Junior and Mid-Level Appian Developers
• Maintain technical knowledge and ensure high-quality code through pull request assessments

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience leading Appian software development teams
• 5 to 8 years of experience in software development engagements
• Experience with database and system integration
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
• US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Senior Developer (Level 3) Appian Certification
• Expertise in process modeling, user interface design, and data modeling
• Experience in requirement discovery and BPM Best practices
• Ability to manage finances for assigned work areas
• Strong communication skills for technical requirements across enterprise applications
