Lead Automation QA

Description As the Lead Automation QA, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of automated testing frameworks. You’ll manage and guide a small size team of QA engineers, ensure the quality of software releases, and drive improvements in testing processes. Your expertise will play a key role in maintaining high product standards and optimizing the testing lifecycle. Develop an online gambling platform becoming part of one of the core teams to develop new features, integrations, and functionalities to redefine the gambling ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing an automation strategy and framework that aligns with project requirements and goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both automated and manual testing.
• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium) to ensure robust test coverage.
• Implementing automated testing in CI/CD pipelines to enable early detection of issues and ensure quick feedback to developers.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects throughout the testing process, and working with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation with a strong background in building and maintaining automated test frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin) and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into development workflows.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a QA team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
