Responsibilities

  • Lead backend engineering efforts for high-profile projects
  • Design, build, and deploy scalable, distributed applications using independent services
  • Integrate ML models or AI services into production backend systems
  • Collaborate with ML/AI specialists to translate models into reliable backend solutions
  • Manage and lead engineering teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of backend development experience
  • Expertise in C# and .NET
  • Experience with modern backend architecture and microservices
  • Experience building and deploying solutions on cloud services (Azure preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML-enabled products and pipelines
  • Team leadership and management experience
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in client-facing roles managing software engineering projects
  • Experience architecting solutions on modern backend platforms
  • Experience with relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL)
  • Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD tools
  • Understanding of React.js principles
