Lead C#/.NET Developer

Responsibilities

• Guide the engineering team in bringing a new SaaS solution to market
• Write production-grade code (approximately 50% of the role)
• Mentor and manage a distributed team of 8 experienced engineers
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide structure and direction to a team of seasoned developers

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience with strong focus on C#/.NET
• 2+ years in technical leadership or team lead role
• Experience managing remote or outsourced teams of 5-10 people
• Deep understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud-native design patterns
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies
• Ability to attend daily standup at 9:15 AM PST

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Data Protection, Backup, or Recovery
• Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) tools
• Experience with Blazor or modern front-end frameworks
• Knowledge of C++
• Linux experience
• Understanding of AI-driven development workflows
