Lead Creative (Presentation Design)

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-impact presentations that transform complex ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Design, refine, and scale decks across PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, and Figma, ensuring brand consistency.
• Develop and maintain presentation systems, templates, and visual frameworks to enable team efficiency.
• Partner with project managers and customers to align storytelling and messaging with business objectives.
• Use Generative AI tools intentionally to enhance ideation, layout, and visualization.
• Provide constructive feedback and coach designers to strengthen presentation craft and narrative impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, brand, and motion teams to deliver cohesive creative work.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in presentation design, visual communication, or a related creative field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visually refined, story-driven presentations for brands or executives.
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and Figma.
• Demonstrated experience creating presentation systems, templates, or storytelling frameworks.
• Experience using Generative AI tools as part of an intentional, creative workflow.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver polished results under tight timelines.
• Clear and confident communication in English.
