About the Company

Donut Studios is the in-house creative studio for New Engen, purpose-built to craft high-performing, platform-native, and digital content for ambitious brands. We are a collaborative group of strategists, creators, and designers working to help brands thrive through performance-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop performance-driven creative and messaging strategies for digital channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Serve as the creative strategy lead for assigned client accounts in meetings
  • Translate consumer insights and audience behaviors into actionable creative direction
  • Partner with media teams to review campaign performance and optimize messaging
  • Manage creative launch pipelines and coordinate deliverables with media partners
  • Lead creative briefing and project management using tools like Asana and Slack
  • Ensure all creative output meets client expectations, brand guidelines, and campaign goals
  • Build workflows to support collaboration between creative, media, and client teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in direct response and social media creative strategy
  • Experience managing direct reports and junior team members
  • Deep knowledge of digital trends on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and creative instincts
  • Ability to navigate and influence within a fast-paced organization
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting strategic insights to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in creating UGC (User Generated Content)
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
  • Proficiency in Asana and Google Sheets
