Lead Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.
• Design and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and agentic systems.
• Manage end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including building, deploying, and maintaining models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and data engineers.
• Assess client business needs to identify opportunities for AI to improve processes or increase revenue.
• Communicate technical insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in mathematics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, including model deployment and compute management.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM WatsonX.
• Experience with advanced RAG, multi-agent systems, and tools like LangGraph or Google ADK.
• Proficiency in Python, R, C++, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven experience leading data science teams and managing multiple projects.
