Lead DevSecOps Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale robust, secure CI/CD pipelines, data integrations, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across project-based deployments
• Partner with development teams to integrate and monitor security tool components within automated workflows
• Define guidelines and standards for AWS Cloud and Kubernetes environments
• Champion DevSecOps culture by mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
• Leverage Generative AI engineering tools to accelerate IaC and automation workflows
• Optimize cloud infrastructure and container ecosystems for cost-efficiency and scalability
• Drive engineering excellence through technical documentation and process guidance

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience architecting and managing scalable AWS Cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI development workflows (e.g., AWS Bedrock)
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and Kaniko
• Deep experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• Proficiency in automation scripting (Ansible, Bash, or Python)
• Active Security+ Certification
• Familiarity with government security standards (NIST, FedRAMP, IAM)
• US Citizenship required
