Lead Distributor (CRM Operations)

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end lead cycle within the CRM system, including follow-ups, stage tracking, and updates.
• Distribute incoming leads effectively to appropriate agents and monitor response times.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the CEO.
• Conduct quality control and document control to ensure all client files and records are accurate and compliant.
• Ensure all documents are properly uploaded and organized within the CRM system.
• Monitor compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and internal policies.
• Provide CRM-related support and troubleshooting for the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Distributor within a real estate brokerage on the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of lead distribution and lead tracking processes.
• Hands-on experience working with AmoCRM or Bitrix.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a highly active, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to generate actionable performance reports and insights for senior management.
