Lead Engagement Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for high-stakes enterprise AI engagements, focusing on Agentic and Generative AI solutions
• Act as a technical translator between C-suite stakeholders and technical delivery teams, including AI Engineers and Data Scientists
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and technical risks related to data infrastructure, API integrations, and agent logic
• Drive customer adoption by advising on how to operationalize and integrate Agentic workflows into daily business operations
• Run agile delivery processes, including sprints, stand-ups, and sprint reviews, to maintain high team velocity

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience delivering complex software or data products for enterprise clients
• Technical undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field
• Proven experience managing AI/ML, data science, or machine learning projects
• Background in technical roles such as Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Leadership
• Strong understanding of system architectures, API integrations, cloud infrastructure, and the SDLC
• Familiarity with GenAI and Agentic systems, including RAG architectures and non-deterministic behavior

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience working within a management consulting or technology consulting environment (Big 4 or boutique)
