Lead Full Stack Python/Angular Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall design and development of technical solutions and own the evolving technical strategy
• Build end-to-end features from scratch using Python
• Solve critical production issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain engineering excellence by developing test infrastructures and writing clear documentation
• Ensure development best practices are followed, including Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and regular code reviews
• Actively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with Python
• Proven experience working in a startup environment
• Mandatory excellent communication skills in English
• Proactive problem-solver and self-starter mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of FastAPI
• Understanding of AI, LLM, and prompt engineering
