Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted prospect lists for property managers and facility managers
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential prospects
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls or appointments
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and outreach systems
- Track lead generation activities and campaign performance
Requirements
- Experience with lead generation, prospect research, or appointment setting preferred
- Familiarity with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and outreach tools
- Strong internet research and data entry skills
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Ability to learn new software and AI tools quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Clay or similar lead enrichment platforms
- Familiarity with AI automation tools and workflow platforms
- Knowledge of commercial real estate or property management industries
