Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes to support cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Partner teams to drive revenue generation and operational effectiveness.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership by providing actionable recommendations and performance reporting.
- Develop and test new workflows and lead generation sources to improve critical business levers.
- Oversee analytics and performance analyses across pre-sales functions to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead the design and management of dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure team performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Revenue Operations experience at high-growth technology companies.
- Proven track record in end-to-end solution implementation, from data collection to execution.
- Expertise in SQL and strong analytical skills.
- Data visualization expertise and experience with BI tools (e.g., Sigma).
- Ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
