Lead Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and other creative team members to thoroughly understand project briefs, target audiences, and desired outcomes.
• Develop and present initial design concepts and drafts, providing tangible samples for internal review and feedback cycles.
• Produce high-quality, production-ready design materials for client presentations, ensuring all visual elements meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Iterate on design work effectively, incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders and clients to refine and enhance the final output.
• Prepare and finalize design assets for production, ensuring all files are correctly formatted and meet technical requirements for print or digital deployment.
• Provide comprehensive support to the broader creative team on various design-related tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute across initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics applications
• Understanding of accessibility standards (508 compliance, captioning)
• Experience with creative project management tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
