Job description

Responsibilities

  • Optimize LTV:CAC by aligning targeting, creative, and channel mix
  • Grow qualified inbound sales pipeline for sales-led motions
  • Own strategy, execution, and budget allocation across core paid channels
  • Partner with Creative and Product Marketing to develop and test high-performing paid creative
  • Build measurement and reporting systems connecting spend to MRR, pipeline, and CAC
  • Increase brand awareness within priority creator segments

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, PLG, or creator economy industries
  • Proven success scaling paid channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or YouTube
  • Strong understanding of LTV:CAC, CAC payback, and revenue-based measurement
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) across funnels and landing pages
  • Ability to implement AI tools for campaign research and creative production
  • Experience building attribution and reporting systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in companies focused on profitable growth and efficient acquisition
  • Experience marketing to high-intent audiences where quality and fit are paramount
