Lead Instructor - Computer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead live virtual classroom lectures for groups of 30 to 300 learners in the Computer Support Specialist program
• Deliver instruction on scheduled dates and times, including prep time before each session
• Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to ensure smooth class delivery and scheduling

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or industry experience in a computer specialist role
• Excellent educator with a passion for teaching and helping others learn
• Familiarity with computer hardware and software basics, operating systems, networking, VPNs, and remote access
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts including anti-virus, and cloud computing fundamentals
• Outstanding team and people management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated record in education and training with prior institutional or program experience
• Advanced credentials, post-graduate work, or research experience from top educational institutions
