Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, live, virtual instruction via synchronous online lectures
• Train diverse groups of 30 to 300 learners at a time
• Manage virtual classroom dynamics, including Q&A and chat flow
• Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery
• Assist in lesson design, development, and curriculum improvement
• Maintain high engagement and accessibility for complex technical topics

Requirements

• Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments
• Excellent educator with stellar communication skills
• Experience in mentoring or supervising
• Professional verbal and written English skills
• Ability to work within the Eastern Time zone (preferred)
• Passion for supporting diverse learners in upskilling

• A+ certification
• Network+ certification
