Lead Instructor: Data Center Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, live, virtual instruction to diverse learners in synchronous online lectures
• Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for groups ranging from 30 to 300 students
• Manage class time Q&A, monitor chat flow, and maintain high learner engagement
• Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and schedule adherence
• Assist in lesson design, development, and curriculum improvement
• Provide thoughtful and transparent feedback for course improvement

Requirements

• Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments
• Experience in mentoring or supervising (if no prior teaching experience)
• Excellent educator with stellar communication skills
• Professional verbal and written English skills
• Ability to work within the Eastern Time zone preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• A+ certification
• Network+ certification
