Lead Instructor: Data Center Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, live, virtual instruction via large synchronous online lectures
• Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for diverse learners
• Oversee class time Q&A, chat flow, and learner engagement dynamics
• Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery
• Assist in lesson design, development, and curriculum improvement
• Provide thoughtful and transparent feedback for course improvement

Requirements

• Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments
• Excellent educator with stellar communication skills
• Experience in mentoring or supervising (if no prior teaching experience)
• Ability to work during AEST time zone (Wednesdays and Fridays 19:00 - 21:30 AEST)
• Empathy, flexibility, and patience when working with diverse learners

Preferred Qualifications

• A+ certification
• Network+ certification
