Lead LPN

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and training of new Medical Assistants (MAs) to ensure smooth integration into the Flagler workflow.
• Manage new hires through an initial 4-week training phase and schedule additional sessions to address knowledge gaps.
• Conduct daily and ad hoc quality checks to monitor protocol adherence and documentation accuracy.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including patient interaction volume, fallout/retention rates, and patient statuses.
• Provide constructive feedback, assign action items, and conduct monthly check-ins with MAs to set performance goals.
• Identify and report structural issues or repeated errors to leadership.
• Support team collaboration by leading housekeeping sections in weekly syncs and assisting with patient assignments and schedule management.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• 3+ years of experience training or supervising Medical Assistants.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with dashboards and documentation tools to track performance.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative remote environment.
